Returns an HTTP 302 redirect to the PDF report with every section expanded.
Poll the report’s pdf_status for readiness. If absent, call this endpoint to start generation. Returns 400 with report_pdf_processing while pending or report_pdf_unavailable after failure. Retry failed downloads after a few minutes to restart generation.
